The Maqa'Ty are a group of Lizard Folk who worship the bounty of the sea. They live on the edge of the Cape of Lost Causes and consume the bounty of the cape. Their cult worships the Spirit of the Cape, the Spirit of Living Sea which provides them their bounties.
