Dwarves tend to have a fairly small number of fighting styles, and most dwarves use the same fighting style as the rest of the army. It's not that there are no creative forms amongst the dwarves, it's far most that the dwarves tend to use the single traditional style.

Non-dwarves tend to be bad at that style, mostly due to not having access to dwarven made weapons or armour, but they definitely not secret, and any dwarven soldier will teach "how to fight properly".
