To learn a Form, you must have a Spirit Mark for the corresponding element. Once learned, you may freely intermix Forms in your actions at no additional cost.

Requirements:
Lock and Push (if known) may test Elemental Arts instead of Power; taught by any martial arts teacher/book
Elemental Empowerment Instruction Ob 4 Forte Ob 4 Elemental Arts Ob 4
Requirements: At least two elemental Forms
When testing for a Fight action for an elemental Form, gain advantage equal to your Spirit Mark in that element
Battering Winds Instruction Ob ? Power Ob ? Elemental Arts Ob ?
Requirements: Air Form
Air Form gains Push and Throw
Flow and Freeze Instruction Ob ? Agility Ob ? Elemental Arts Ob ?
Requirements: Water Form
Water Form gains Push and Lock
Stoneskin Instruction Ob ? Forte Ob ? Elemental Arts Ob ?
Requirements: Earth Form
Spend (2?) actions to gain +armour (where? how much? how long?)
Spiritual Energy Instruction Ob ? Will Ob ? Elemental Arts Ob ?
Requirements: Fire or Lightning Form
When using the Great Strike or Counterstrike actions, you may <calculate weapon/damage stats> as the Harm action of a spirit of the corresponding element with strength equal to your Elemental Arts
