Lord of Israfil's hometown, when she was still known as Serena. When Serena learned the Viscount was coming for her, she fled into the woods.
Later, Israfil and the Viscount met again during the murder of the Duke of Barrowcross. In the aftermath Israfil prosecuted the Viscount for crimes against the new duchess and was rewarded with one of his estates for their efforts. Viscount Sousnsa definitely hates them now.
