7 Lightning Great Strike, Counterstrike

To learn a Form, you must have a Spirit Mark for the corresponding element. Once learned, you may freely intermix Forms in your actions at no additional cost.

When testing for a Fight action for an elemental Form, gain advantage equal to your Spirit Mark in that element

Air Form gains Push and Throw; Requirements: Air Form

Water Form gains Push and Lock; Requirements: Water Form

Spend (2?) actions to gain +armour (where? how much? how long?); Requirements: Earth Form

When using the Great Strike or Counterstrike actions, you may <calculate weapon/damage stats> as the Harm action of a spirit of the corresponding element with strength equal to your Elemental Arts; Requirements: Fire or Lightning Form
