Char Gyllon claims that the Elemental Clocks contain the book of the last census of the Lizard Folk Empire, but the party's adventure to the clock did not yield any results. Char is worried that the Vaun have managed to steal it, and may use the Bard to pin the Naming power of the Lizard Folk into the soul of humanity.
