Rumour/Ghostly City

Abstract
When the stars and moon align, a ghostly ancient city manifests itself in the Barrowcross Moor within the ruins of its walls. Who knows what ancient secrets may be left behind when it vanishes with the dawn.

Rumours within the Guild persist that the ancients that lived that had knowledge of illusion spells. Indeed, Morgan Overslad has found texts claiming this city is Anburith, the seat of Mistral Drach, Ur-Mage and founder of the School of Illusion. Further details, including the age of the city, have been lost to the Cataclysms, but conservative estimates place it at least two millennia past.

Few have ever seen the city, and fewer still did not run at the sight, but it is claimed that indeed the entire city manifests, from the inhabitants to the pavement, but only those portions upon which moonlight shines.
